BOARD MEETING
THURSDAY, APRIL 9, 2026

Pledge of Allegiance
Call to Order and Roll Call
Brian Noel called the meeting to order at 7pm.
All stood for the Pledge of Allegience.
New Board Membee - Jane Towne was introduced as a new member of the board and she read her short bio.
Brian Noel swore her in as a new director.
Roll Call - Frank Forant took roll call. All present except Howard Korn, who was excused. Sharon Guy was present by telephone.
Approval of Minutes – Frank Forant asked for a motion to approve the minutes of the 3/12/26 meeting. Motion was made, seconded and approved.
Treasurer Report - Howard was not available for Treasurer’s report but it was posted on bulletin board.
Welcome Committee – Sharon Guy gave report on Welcome Committee. 13 new residents since January.
Community Concerns Committee – Sharon Guy gave report on this committee. Sharon had a long conversation with Todd about pool area. Lawn furniture was out for repair but should be back soon.
Directory Report – Maryann Stone asked that everyone to complete the census form so we can update the new directory. It is important that we have correct information. If you want an accurate directory, please get your current information to us by filling out the census form and placing it in the HOA mailbox in the clubhouse. Marianne encourages everyone to look at our website. She thanked Rob Wilkins for developing the website.
ByLaws – Marianne advised everyone that the bylaws will be reviewed by her committee. There have been no changes since 2024. We will update them so they are in compliance with 723.
Recycling – Frank Forant thanked the volunteers for their hard work at the can crusher. He also asked that anyone who wants to volunteer to see him after the meeting.
Website – Rob Wilkins showed some slides of the website and demonstrated to everyone how to get on it and what information is available to all users.
Questions –
- A resident asked a question about Treasure r . We told her that we would direct that question to Howard Korn and answer it when he returns. This same resident asked if we could put the meeting agenda on the website. Frank Forant advised her that it is on the website and the bulletin board.
- The same resident wants the treasury report on the website. Marianne advised her that would not happen but we could email her the report directly.
